Learn in the comfort of your home

As a professional writer and author of fiction and non-fiction work, I have gone through the editorial fires enough to glean many tib-bits of expert advice. Putting much of what I've learned but what I have practiced and refined in my own writing and academic career, I trust that what I know is equal to what can be taught in a regular writing course at a junior college level.

In addition to teaching basic writing techniques I can assist writers and aspiriing writers with tricks of the trade (pacing, presentation and polish), all of which are all needed to grab and editor's attention. Beyond a basic critique, I can assist new and apiring writers in developing their story and characters so that they come alive. All of this from the comfort of one's home.

From the first word on the paper to the last I can help new and aspiring writers to reach their goals of seeing their work in print. From concept to contract, I can work to get writers through blocks that once stymied their writing projects.

For the academic writer, I can help there too. As I travel through my dissertation process, I am being shown no mercy--thankfully--and therefore can offer students the same stern, yet helpful, advice I have recieved from my professors who are experts in their field.

My specialty is APA but I'm versed in other writing styles as well, and can help you with citing your work, flow, format and continuity.

Having trouble getting started, I can assist you there too. Can't find or don't know how to locate resources for your topic? I can help you there too!

I can help you in creating mind maps and conceptual frameworks for your academic project.
